Before the start of the activity, we need 3 things from you:

– your diving qualification,

– your diving insurance

– and your diving medical certificate or declaration of health.

Please send us your completed  medical questionnaire to check that there are no contraindications to the practice of scuba diving. In case of any doubt, it is recommended to consult your doctor. 

Please read this declaration carefully. First, there are 10 general questions. If you can answer NO to all the questions, then you only have to put your name and first name and some dates and sign and all is done;

If there is any YES to a general question, then you have to go to the next page to the specific questions for that question. If you can answer NO to these specific questions,  then sign again,   and everything is done.

However, if you have to answer Yes to questions 3 , 5 or 10, or to any of the specific questions  , then you have to go to the doctor first before diving. We can’t accept a positive answer to questions 3, 5 or 10 nor to any question on the second page. This doesn’t mean that you are not allowed to dive – it means  that we , as a diving centre , can’t take the decision to let you go or not.

Also send us your diving insurance. Every diver must have a special diving insurance with cover for third party liability and personal accidents. Don’t forget to send proof of it and of your diving card. And also bring them with you when you come to check-in.

Only qualified divers (minimum 1* or Open Water Diver) are allowed to dive in the natural reserve of the Illes Medes! Open Water divers or 1* divers need to be accompanied by a 3* diver or higher, or by one of our instructors, at a rate of maximum 4 per one. Youngsters under the age of 18 need written authorization from their parents.

We reserve ourselves the right to refuse private bottles.

The tax of the Illes Medes is applied per diver and per dive in accordance to the law.

It is necessary to book in advance, because we have a limited number of places for the reserve. Dives on the Medes Islands will be alternated with dives along the Montgri  Coast 

It is totally forbidden to feed marine animals, to touch or collect animals or plants, alive or dead. Violation will be sanctioned.

The use of free-diving fins is not allowed.
