Now that your booking has been confirmed, there are a few things you have to do or be aware of:
Please send us the following:
– Your diving qualification
– Your diving insurance. If you don’t have insurance, then we will make it here at the office. In this case we would need the full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address of everyone who needs insurance.
– Your medical certificate if you have one. If you don’t have a medical certificate, then you can fill out and sign the DAN UHM medical statement. Download from here: EN FR CA ES NL DE.
You can fill in the declaration on your device, without printing, if you download it and open it with Adobe Acrobat or a similar app.
Please read this declaration carefully. First there are 10 general questions. If you can answer NO to all the general questions, perfect, put your name and date and sign and all is OK. If there is any YES to one or more of the general questions, then you have to go to the specific questions of this general question on the next page. If you can answer NO to these specific questions, OK, then sign and everything is done again.
However, if you have to answer yes to any of the specific questions , then you have to go to the doctor first before diving. We cannot accept a positive on the second page.

Please meet at our office – Carrer de la Cala Pedrosa 1 – 17258 Estartit – 45 minutes before your scheduled dive, to sort out your equipment and to load it (and anything else you don’t want to carry) into the van. After that you walk empty-handed to the harbour. It is a little walk of 10 minutes. You have to go to the pier at the end of the big beach, it’s the pier closest to us.

The van will come to the harbour with your equipment and bottles, and will park right in front of the boat. You may then load your equipment and bottle onto the boat.
The trip to the dive site takes about 20 minutes. There is enough time to set up your equipment and get dressed during the trip. Then everyone will do their dive of 1 cylinder, typically about 40 to 50 minutes, and the boat will return to the harbour.
The dive times are 9:00, 11:00, 15:00, and 17:00. We will confirm your scheduled dive time when we confirm your booking. If you are unsure of your dive time, please contact us.
If you do more than one dive in one day, you will either:
Dive at 9:00, come back to the harbour at around 11:00, pick up a new bottle, and go straight back out to the islands for your second dive.
Or
Dive at 9:00 or 11:00, come back to the harbour after the dive, leave your equipment on the boat, have a nice lunch break, and meet us back at the harbour 15 minutes before your next scheduled dive (either 14:45 or 16:45).
At the end of your final dive, our van will take your equipment back to our office, where we have rinsing and storage facilities for your equipment.
